By accessing or using MahaLakshya AI (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Nature of Service

MahaLakshya AI is an AI-powered financial intelligence platform. The Platform provides:

  • Personalized stock analysis and recommendations based on your Financial DNA.
  • Market research and portfolio analytics tools.
  • Educational content and investment insights.

Important: MahaLakshya AI is not a SEBI-registered investment advisor. All recommendations are informational in nature and should not be construed as investment advice. Always consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You agree to provide accurate and truthful information during onboarding and profile creation.
  • You acknowledge that all investment decisions are your own responsibility.

4. Intellectual Property

All algorithms, models, analyses, content, and technology within the Platform are the intellectual property of MahaLakshya AI. You may not copy, reverse engineer, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

MahaLakshya AI shall not be liable for any financial losses arising from the use of the Platform. Past performance and AI-generated recommendations do not guarantee future results. Market investments carry inherent risks, and users should exercise independent judgment.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the Platform. You may also delete your account at any time through the settings page.

7. Modifications

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
